Research and Planning 17: How our questionnaire responses helped our decisions

Here are images of our questionnaire responses so you can see fully how people responded to our questions:

And here is the charts and graphs we created over the data we analysed from more people throughout the school and daily endeavours:

Now I  will zoom into particular parts of the questionnaire and point out the key things that drove us to make particular decisions or recognise any changes we needed to make, I will do this via a prezi (enjoy) :

Research & Planning 16: British board of film classification (update)

"Violence may be strong but should not dwell on the infliction of pain or injury."
Our team decided to rate our movie a "15" after looking at the "british board of film classification." (bbfc) We saw many different ratings however since our opening sequence contains 'controlled violence and the quote above really matched the ethics our team was going for since our sequence was based on the sport of boxing and a lot of common boxing films do contain a lot of violent scenes which we plan not to dwell on as the main focus of our production is the story of 'Maya.' It is also a good rating for our target audience as we want to reach young adults and well as the other generation.

Research & Planning 15: Prop Preperation (update)

Here are images of the props we will use on the shoot. We were lucky enough to have access to some of the boxing equipment already available at the gym which really benefits us as now our production will look much more authentic and realistic with the use of boxing gloves and wraps that are already tattered and worn so it gives the audience a sense of this place actually being a regular visit for 'maya'. We went over the script and storyboard to make sure we had all the props we needed for each scene and one of our crew provided us with their headphones as that was a key part in our opening sequence.
